Ordering Products
We publish two different formats of products and the ordering procedure differs between them. CDs and DownloadsOrdering CDs is the same procedure as you might use at any other internet based retailer.
You add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket using the Add to Basket buttons.
You can then review the products in your shopping basket via the View Basket button.
Once satisfied that your basket contains all the products you wish to order, click the Proceed to checkout button to make payment.
We use PayPal as our payment processor so if you have an account with PayPal it will deduct the payment from that otherwise it will ask you for your credit card details and postal address as with any other internet retailer.
We have a number of downloadable products such as ebooks and mp3 audiobooks or radio plays.
Some of these are completely free to download and all is required is to click on the links with the right-hand mouse button and choose to save the file to your computer.
Our premium download products require payment via the Bitpass payment system.
Clicking the Buy Now link for your desired product will take you to the Bitpass website where you can sign up with them for an account if you do not currently have one. Once payment has been processed you will be redirected to a page on our site where you may download the product you have purchased.
Required software
Our ebooks require the Adobe Acrobat Reader software in order for you to read them. It may be installed on your computer already but if not click the link to download and install it.
The audiobooks and radio plays are published as MP3 audio files which can be played using your preferred audio media player.
