Returning Products

At MJW Publishing we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: eBooks) where the item has been downloaded.

To return an item please package it securely and send it to the address indicated on the receipt sent with your order, we would also ask you to please write the reason why you are returning the item to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Upon receiving the returned item will we refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.

Also please not that we can only accept returns of products published by us that have been purchased directly from MJW Publishing Ltd. Any products purchased from one of the retailers that stock our products should be returned to the relevant retailer.
